Some 150 pocket calendars printed in Amsterdam. Amsterdam, 1783-1948. Hebrew, Yiddish and Dutch.
Large collection comprising pocket calendars printed in Amsterdam, from the late 18th century until the mid-20th century (printed by Proops and Gebr. Levisson, Van Embden & Co., Yochanan Levi Rofe and son Binyamin, J. L. Joachimsthal, Belinfante). Dozens of calendars with original parchment wrappers from the time of the printing.
The calendars include various useful information.
Duplicate copies of a few calendars.
Approx. 150 calendars. 7.5-11 cm (most approx. 10 cm). Most calendars in good condition, several calendars in good-fair to fair condition. Stains. Creases and tears. Handwritten inscriptions. New, uniform leather bindings, some bound over original covers.
