Includes a text on Elazar Ben-Yair and the last zealots of Masada, as well as a title page with the title "We Have All been Orphaned", followed by texts about the Holocaust: "We have lost our parents - I have lost my only son - a young wife - I have lost my entire family --- the whole community has been orphaned. The nation has lost the center of Jewry. Where is Polish Jewry? Where is the center of Hassidic Jewry? Where is the Torah center? Where is the center of Zionist pioneering? - I have seen before me hundreds and thousands of death wagons…".
In this copy, the front cover and 16 illustrations in the Haggadah text have been accurately and meticulously painted using watercolors.
