A weekly magazine devoted to Jewish interests, emphasizing German Jewry. The periodical was published continuously between the years 1837-1922. First it was printed in Leipzig and later in Berlin. The founder and editor of the periodical was the reform rabbi Ludwig Philippson.
The collection offered here contains eight bound volumes from the years: 1837-1839, 1842, 1844-1845, 1860, 1911. A single issue of 1890.
Eight bound volumes. Most volumes measure 24.5 cm. Condition varies. Stains and wear. Damage to bindings.
