Four photographs of the Jordanian Legion in the Old City of Jerusalem, at the end of the first cease-fire: legion's soldiers in a shooting-post on the city walls; a Jordanian armored vehicle crosses the Via Dolorosa; commander of the Jordanian Legion in Jerusalem, Abdullah el-Tell, observing the Dome of the Rock from a secured building; photograph of Abdullah el-Tell with the Swedish officer Nils Brunsson (from the team of Folke Bernadotte), and the UN security officer Frank Begley.
5. Photograph of army vehicles and soldiers on the road going out of Jerusalem, in front of a barricade erected by the British Army for documents check. February 1948.
Press labels with descriptions of the photographs (English) are pasted on the back of all photographs. All photographs are stamped: "Associated Press Photo".
Approx. 20.5X15 cm. Good condition. Slight defects (mainly to margins). One photograph with creases and a scribble in pen on top (weak, with slight damage to photograph).
