An extensive and varied collection of more than 50 prints (lithographs, engravings and woodcuts) - portraits of Jewish figures by different artists. Most of the prints are signed by hand. Most prints are from the first half of the 20th century.
The collection includes, among others:
• Engraving by Leonid Osipovich Pasternak, signed. • Portrait of a woman, engraving by Issachar Ber Ryback, signed and numbered (53/100). • Four prints by Oscar Kokoshka - portraits of Alfred Kerr, Richard Dehmel, Herwarth Walden and Paul Schherbart. • Two portraits of Arthur Schnitzler: engraving by Emma Löwenstamm, signed by the artist and by Schnitzler; signed engraving by Ferdinand Schmutzer. • Three engravings and a lithograph by Isidor Ascheim (lithograph is signed). • Cain, lithograph by Lovis Corinth. • Portrait of a Jew wrapped in a praying shawl, engraving by Hilda Heyman. Signed and numbered (6/40). • Two engravings by William Meyerowitz (one appears in two copies), signed. • Portrait of a praying Jew, woodcut by Hermann Fechenbach. Signed and dated (1922). • Portrait of a Jewish boy, engraving by Munia Lander. Signed. • Engraving by Haim Goldberg. Signed and marked A.P. • Woodcut by Arthur Kolnik, signed. • Four engravings by Ira Moskovitch, colored by hand.
