Engagement T'na'im of the Ga'on Rabbi Binyamin Aryeh Weiss's son. Lvov (Lemberg), 1895. Signatures of bride and groom and their fathers. The groom Akivah son of Rabbi Binyamin Aryeh Ha-Cohen of Chernowitz and the bride Malka daughter of Rabbi Mendel Figenbaum of Lvov.
Rabbi Binyamin Aryeh Weiss Av-Beit-Din Chernowitz (1843-1912, Otzar Harabbanim 3783), student of the "Sho'el Meshiv" and the "Mefarshei HaYam". Used to travel to the Maharia of Zidichov. Rabbi in Chernowitz as of 1871. Maintained correspondence with the leading rabbis in Galicia, Hungary and Bukovina, of these letters, the three parts of the Even Yekara Responsum were printed.
