Different translation was first published in Hebrew in 2000; the present manuscript is fully translated, typewritten and contains numerous remarks and editing rectifications by journalist, publicist and translator Boaz Evron. “Appendices” – bits from previous editing work and non-edited duplicated parts of the printed manuscript – are enclosed to the end.
