Disḳuhrś, first periodical printed in Yiddish, for the protection of the new community/senior community in Amsterdam. Amsterdam, 1797 – 1798.
1. "Disḳuhrś: gheltin tsvishn yehudim in shif fun itret nokh Amsterdam" [for the protection of the new community in Amsterdam and against the senior community]. Yochanan Levy Rofeh Printing Press, Amsterdam, 1797-1798.
Complete set of 24 issues. First two leaves are missing and replaced by photocopies.
2. "Disḳuhrś Vegn din naye kehila in Amsterdam" [booklets for the protection of the senior community in Amsterdam]. Props printing press, Amsterdam, 1797-1798.
16 booklets were printed, numbered 1-5 and then 1-11. In front of us are two volumes: Booklets 1-5 in the first volume, all photocopied. In the second volume are booklets 1-11, original ( missing first leaf replaced by photocopy).
Total of 3 volumes, in new binding with parchment spines. Good condition. From the collection of Dr. Israel Mehlman.
