Ownership signature on title page and on back cover: "…Wolf… Amshinov and provinces" – signature of "Sha'arei Torah" author, Rabbi Binyamin Wolf Lev (1776-1851. Otzar Ha-Rabanim 3840(, son of the Ga'on Rabbi Elazar Lev author of "Shemen Roke'ach", a famous Ga'on and of the great rabbis of "Chatam Sofer" and Rabbi Akiva Eiger's generation, served as rabbi of a few cities [including Amshinov near Warsaw], later on became the well known rabbi of Werboy (Hungary).
On leaf preceeding title and on back cover appears interesting inscriptions with rabbis names [same handwriting – possibly by the rabbi during his youth].
