Collection of five letters from the rabbinic Wolk family.
- Two letters sent to the Ga'on Rabbi Tzvi Hirsh Wolk, Rabbi of Pinsk, from Rabbi Avraham Abba Werner, Rabbi of Machzikei Hadas communituy in London. 1902-1903.
- Letter sent to Rabbi Mordechai Gimpel Wolk, from Rabbi Yitzchak Turtz, Av Beit Din of Ashkenazi community of Cairo, Egypt. 1936. This long and interesting letter mentions "Maran" – "Our Rabbi" – referring to Rabbi Baruch Ber Leibowitz, head of Kaminetz Yeshiva.
- Letters sent by Rabbi Mordechai Gimpel HaCohen Wolk to his family. One is on official stationery, with logo of first Agudath Israel convention, Vienna, 1923.
Another letter written on stationery of Rabbi Meir Shapira of Yeshivas Chachmei Lublin, bearing picture of the yeshiva. Yet another is on stationery of the American Committee for Yeshivas Chachmei Lublin.
Altogether 10 pages and a printed envelope, various sizes and conditions.
