Personal papers of Binyamin Barlevy (1894-1964), was a pioneer in the Israeli children's game industry. Born in Warsaw, came to Israel at the age of 27 and dedicated 50 years of his life to the development of games to promote national values.
1. Identity card, Palestine government. Issued in Tel-Aviv in 1938. English only. With photograph of Barlevy and his signature.
2. Palestinian citizenship certificate, 1925. Binyamin Zvi Barlevy, trader. With photograph and Barlevi’s signature.
3. Two invitation cards to the wedding of Binyamin Barlevy and Miriam Firstenfeld. Tel-Aviv, “Warsaw” Hotel, 1924 in Hebrew and English.
4. Card with printed text, “A. Mordechai Barlevy".
5. Three tickets of the Professional Workers Union, Warsaw. One is printed only in Polish, 1920. The second is in Polish and Yiddish from 1919; the third is undated, in Polish and Yiddish. All carry Barlevi’s name.
