Moritz Rosenberger's birth certificate (born 1800), signed by Rabbi A. A. Pserhofer. Frauenkirchen, Hungary, 1860.
Two document-stamps appear on the upper part; on the lower part is the Rabbi's signature (in foreign language) and his wax-stamps in Hebrew and in a foreign language.
Rabbi Avraham Aharon Pserhofer (1815-1869, the Chatam Sofer and his disciples pp.11-12; Otzar Ha-Rabanim 943), born in Pressburg, son of Rabbi Moshe Kanizsa, circumcised by "Chatam Sofer", his disciple and Rabbi's Hirsch Charif Heller's disciple. Served as rabbi of Yemering and as of 1851 succeeded his father in Frauenkirchen rabbinate. His sons and sons in law were disciples of "Katav Sofer".
