20 issues of "Ben-Arzi", a weekly for children published by "Haaretz" with poems, stories, quizzes and study passages about Palestine and the world. Among the writers: H.N. Bialik, Ya'akov fichman, Levin Kipnis, Moshe Smilansky, Avigdor Hameiri, Ya'akov Churgin, Asher Barash, and others. The title (logo) of the paper designed by Nahum Gutman.
Total of 20 booklets. 29.5 cm. Fair condition. Stains. Tears to wrappers. Several detached wrappers.
21-26. Ben-Kochav, illustrated journal for children, editor and publisher – Aharon Luboshitzki, a Zionist author and poet. The success of "HaKochav" for youth led Luboshitzki to initiate a publication of a paper for children. "Ben-Kochav" which was meant for children, and the content, size of letters and illustrations were all designed for children. Among the prominent writers were the editor Luboshitzki, Levin Kipnis and S. Rosenstein (Even-Shoshan). Title illustration by S. Feigenbaum.
Total of 5 booklets. On the wrapper of booklet no. 5 – printed erroneously "Booklet 6" and on wrapper of booklet number 6 it was printed erroneously "Booklet 7", 24 cm. Fair condition. Stains and creases. Tears to wrappers. Several detached wrappers.
