On title page and on the following page appear embossed stamps of the Rebbe "Avraham Matityahu Friedman" of Stefanesti.
The Holy Rebbe of Stefanesti, Rabbi Avraham Matityahu Friedman (1848-1933, Encyclopedia of Chassidut A, 131-132), a famous Zadik. Son of Rebbe Nachum of Stefanesti – son of Rabbi Israel of Ruzhin. At the age of twenty one he replaced his father and turned Stefanesti into a most influential Chassidic center. Served as Rebbe for seventy years. His grave was moved to Israel, to the section of Ruzhin Rebbes in "Nachlat Yitzchak" cemetery and is known to this date as a venue of salvation where many come to pray.
