בצדו האחד של השטר כיתוב באנגלית "A.J.D.C. Central Committee – November 1947", העריך "20" בתוך מגן דוד, ודיוקנו של בנימין זאב הרצל. בצדו השני של השטר כיתוב ביידיש "צענטראל קאמיטעט-דזשאינט – חשון תש"ח 5708", העריך, ואיור גזע עץ כרות שחציו מוטל על הקרקע. על גדם העץ ענף צעיר המצוי בראשית צמיחתו – סמל לצמיחה המחודשת של העם היהודי (להשוואה ראו: "קדם", מכירה 97ב', פריט 46).
