Tuvia Gefen Rabbi of Atlanta, regarding authorization to arrange a get, with practical details concerning this particular get and the manner of writing the names of the man and woman who filed for the divorce. R. Moshe explains the halachic reasoning behind his rulings. This letter was not printed in the Igrot Moshe Responsa.
