כ-45 פנקסי שירות, תעודות ואישורים עבור משרתי מלחמת העצמאות. 1948-1949.
בהם: "פנקס השרות" (תעודת מגויסי צה"ל במלחמת העצמאות), "כרטיס מגויס" של הפלמ"ח, רשיון נהיגה צבאי באופנוע, רשיון כניסה לנמל יפו (מטעם המושל הצבאי של יפו), "פנקס חופש" של חיל הים, תעודות למגוייסי עבודות שירות ומתנדבים – משמר העם, המשמר האזרחי של תל-אביב, עבודות בינוי, ועוד.
גודל ומצב משתנים. כמה מהתעודות מופיעות ביותר מעותק אחד.
