Six poetry books by Hebrew Poets from the Enlightenment period, one with a dedication handwritten by the author. Different printers and printing locations, second half of 19th century.
1. Likuy Shnay HaMeorot, or – Shnay Zadikim sheChavlu Ze BaZe, poetic story by Menachem Mendel Dulitzky. Printed by Georg Brög, Vienna, [1879]. On the back of the title page appears a long, handwritten dedication by the author, with a four-line gematric poem [the total numerical value of letters in each line adds up to the year of dedication – 1879]. The name of the receiver of this dedication (apparently, another author) is partly deleted.
