All the books have the signature of Rabbi Mordechai David Levine (author of "Darkei David", 1879-1967), most came from the estate of his elderly father-in-law (Rabbi Chaim Ya'akov Shapira, "Ra'avad" of Kovne and Jerusalem, 1832-1908).
