פנים: שם וכתובת המסעדה – "Felix Dining Saloon, 256 Broadway, New York". עם המילה "כשר" בעברית. גב: ראש אינדיאני מוקף ב-13 כוכבים והתאריך.
עקב מחסור במטבעות רשמיים, בזמן מלחמת האזרחים האמריקנית הונפקו למעלה מ-10,000 סוגים שונים של אסימונים, רובם בידי סוחרים פרטיים. על אף שסוחרים יהודים רבים הנפיקו גם הם אסימונים, אסימון זה הנו, כנראה, היחיד עם כיתוב בעברית.
