Children's book, printed on thick cardboard leaves. [Germany, c. 1920s]. German.
Four thick cardboard leaves, with seven large colorful naïve illustrations, some have Jewish motifs such as children waving blue and white flags with a Star of David; a decoration in the shape of a Star of David hanging on the door of the house; a Chanuka menorah with lights on the table; a Shabbat table (hanging on the wall is a picture of Rachel's Tomb). Printed at the bottom of the leaves are short rhymes. We do not know if the book is complete and it was printed without a title page or book title. [4] leaves 27X20.5 cm. Fair-good condition. Each pair of leaves is connected with fabric. Placed in a new cardboard box.
