In the center of the certificate, numbered 246/A, appear the names of the child and his parents, date and place of issue of the certificate, handwritten in Hebrew. Around it illustration by painter, graphic designer and artist Joseph Budko (1888-1940), depicting a child in an exilic style with no background, while facing him is a powerful pioneer cultivating the land on the background of houses and view of mountains.
