Bill of renewal of marital stipulations, arranged between Rabbi Moshe son of Rabbi Shmuel Koriat and wife Chefziba daughter of Rabbi David Chasan. Tetouan (Morocco), 1855.
Inheritance settlement after passing of one of the parties, in the case that they do not merit offspring: “Presently, they have not been blessed with children… and were concerned that perhaps they will not merit children due to sins… since they live in love and harmony… and the [mentioned] wife is daughter of his brother…”.
