Akiva Eger, who requested of his sons to print it on high-quality paper with fine typeface, since a studying from a beautiful book enhances concentration. The book was indeed printed on thick, high-quality paper, manufactured especially for this printing (the watermarks of the paper bear the name of the manufacturer and the name of the customer "Eiger").
On p. 127b, stamp of R. Isser Zalman Meltzer author of Even HaEzel, from his tenure as rabbi of Slutsk, with his ownership inscription on the first title page.
Signatures on both title pages. Several scholarly glosses.

His book Marpe Lashon is one of the first books to raise awareness on the mitzvah of guarding one's tongue and laws of forbidden speech.
