Manuscript, Tiklal siddur for festivals. [Yemen, ca. 1858].
Neat, vocalized script. Sublinear vocalization. Headings with red decorations.
The piyyut for Tisha B'Av night notes the number of years which have passed since the destructions of the two temples – 1790 and 2280 years (indicating that the Tiklal was written ca. 1858).

• Manuscript, prayers for Rosh Hashanah, for Aseret Yemei Teshuvah, for fast days and for Succot. [Yemen, 19th century?]. Vocalized Yemenite script.
• Manuscript, Hosha'anot and Hakafot for Simchat Torah. [Yemen, 19th/20th century].
• Manuscript, selections of prayers. [Yemen, 20th century]. Contains: Hosha'anot and Hakafot for Simchat Torah, Igeret Maharitz, Machberet HaTijan, Seder Rosh Chodesh Elul and Ashmorot.

364 Mishneh Torah by the Rambam – Venice, 1550-1551 – Glosses Handwritten by Rabbi Shalom Shabazi
Mishneh Torah by the Rambam, with the Migdal Oz commentary by R. Shem Tov ibn Gaon, with Hagahot Maimoniot. Part II. [Venice: Justinian, 1550-1551].
The book is annotated with dozens of brief glosses and corrections in early Yemenite script, identified by researchers as the handwriting of R. Shalom Shabazi, leading Yemenite Torah scholar.
Incomplete copy: 394-494, 496-534 leaves (lacking: title page and leaves 535-767, [5]). Contains the books Haflaa-Tahara; missing Nezikin-Shoftim. 39 cm. Fair condition. Stains. Tears. Worming, affecting text, repaired with paper. Large open tears to a few leaves, affecting text, repaired with paper. Leather binding, damaged.
The handwriting was identified as that of R. Shalom Shabazi by Prof. Aharon Gaimani and Yoel Oshri from the Department of Jewish History, Bar Ilan University (report enclosed).

Lengthy letter, halachic responsum on the laws of inheritance, collaterals and the sale of land; handwritten and signed by R. Yaakov Abuchatzeira, the Abir Yaakov of Morocco.
Neat script. Calligraphic signature at the end of the responsum: "Yaakov Abuchatzeira".
The present responsum was never published, however Responsa Yoru Mishpatecha LeYaakov (section 136) contains a parallel responsum by R. Yaakov Abuchatzeira, with many textual variations, where he reaches similar conclusions.
R. Yaakov Abuchatzeira – the Abir Yaakov (1806-1880), rabbi of Tafilalt, outstanding Torah scholar and kabbalist, leading halachic authority in his generation. Renowned as a wonder-worker. His sons and grandsons – Baba Sali, Baba Chaki, Baba Meir, and many others – were prominent rabbis and wonder-workers.
