Moshe son of Yehuda Nagari, commentary to the 25 propositions at the beginning of Part II of Moreh Nevuchim, by Abu Bakr ibn Muhammad al-Tabrisi (translated from Arabic by R. The author, R. Meir ibn Gabbai, was a prominent kabbalist at the time of the Spanish expulsion. He authored other important kabbalistic works, including Avodat HaKodesh and Derech Emunah.
Ownership inscriptions on the title page, mostly deleted with ink, apart from one inscription, attesting that R. Yosef Shabtai Farhi (Yashpeh), a Jerusalemite Torah scholar, received the book from his grandfather R. Yehoshua Asher Farhi (also a Jerusalemite Torah scholar).

This book features three famous piyyutim for Shabbat meals by the Arizal – Azamer BiShvachin, Asader LiSeudata and Bnei Heichala, printed here for the first time, on leaf 40. These piyyutim are acrostics of the name of the Arizal, and are sung until this day in many Jewish homes during the Shabbat meals. Other piyyutim by the Arizal on leaf 39.
The Arizal is mentioned on the title page and at the end of the book with the blessing for the deceased; the book was therefore evidently printed after 1572.
