1. "Comprehensive, fair and lasting solution" – "Aspiring the war of June 1967 will be the last war between Israel and its neighbors, the undersigned find it necessary to find a comprehensive and lasting political solution to the relations between the nations". The document details seven items regarding the establishment of a Federation of Eretz Israel (Palestine) which would be made up of the State of Israel and an Arab State, and would fulfill the wishes of both nations.
2. "One-Time Historic Opportunity" –"The defeat of the supporters of the destruction of Israel… raised the possibility for a solution far different than theirs…the solution must involve direct negotiations with the Palestinian Arabs".
With printed signatures of Dan ben Amotz (also signed in pen), Uri Zohar, Yig'al Tumarkin, Uri Avneri, Nathan Yellin Mor, Dani Karvan, Abie Nathan and many others.
