Pirchei Eretz HaKedosha [Flowers from the Holy Land], “natural flowers gathered in the holiest places in the Holy Land. Accompanied by a brief description of the most important places…”. Composed by Avraham Moshe Lunz. [A.M. Lunz printing press], Jerusalem [ca. 1896].
Album with pressed flowers, accompanied by descriptions in Hebrew and English about the towns where the flowers were gathered. Bound in a fine olive-wood binding with a relief in the shape of the Western Wall and the inscription “Yerushalem”. A frame inlaid with pieces of wood in different colors surrounds the relief. Album 16.5X10 cm. Good condition. Slight stains and damages. Dedication in pen facing the Hebrew title page (dated: 1905).

1. Olive wood box, printed on the lid: “Jerusalem”. Inside the box are 21 small boxes with samples of herbs, seeds and plants from the Holy Land; next to these are 8 rectangular pieces of wood, from trees growing in the country. Also enclosed are a piece of wool and a reed pen, as well as a booklet "The Plants of the Bible" published by Fr. Vester & Co., American Colony, Jerusalem. Box: 16X22 cm. Good condition.
2. Wooden box, Souvenir of Palestine. Within the box is a glass bottle created in Hebron with water from the Jordan River (most of the water evaporated), a sachet made of "Damascus Silk" with soil from Mount Moriah, a piece of clay from the Roman period found in excavations in Ashkelon and several tiny shells in a folded piece of paper. Enclosed is a printed tri-lingual booklet with pressed flowers from Judea. Box: 12.5X7.5 cm. Good condition. Small break.

Engraved on the cover are illustrations of the Western Wall and the Temple Mount (Dome of the Rock); between them a flower. Surrounded by a frame inlaid with miniature pieces of wood in different colors; above the frame - printed inscription: "Jerusalem".
The inner space of the box for storing writing supplies – inkwell, pen etc., is divided into cells of different sizes, with wood partitions; some removable parts. Locking mechanism (key is missing). Height: 6 cm, width: 27 cm, length: 10 cm. Good condition. Damages to wood and to interior of case.

Fine writing box, made of olive wood, with carved ornamentations of sites in Eretz Israel. [Eretz Israel, late 19th century].

The body of the box consists of two parts: a writing box and a pencil case.
The pencil case for storing writing supplies – inkwell, pen etc., is divided into compartments and includes a locking mechanism (key is missing). Vegetal patterns and the Cave of Patriarchs are carved on the cover of the pencil case (with title printed in Hebrew). A frame surrounds the ornamentation created from inlaid colorful miniature pieces of wood.
The writing box has an inclining cover, which opens with two hinges and can be used as a writing surface. The inner part of the writing surface rises and reveals a storage compartment for paper. Behind a movable wooden plaque, in the back panel of the paper storage compartment, are two small movable drawers.
In the center of the writing box's cover appear carved ornamentations: Tombs of the Davidic Kings and flowers. The frame around the ornamentations is made of inlaid pieces of wood in different colors, some in the shape of a Star of David. Inscribed on upper part of cover are the titles "ירושלם" and "Jerusalem".
Side panels (on right and left) are also carved, with vegetal ornamentations and Holy Sites. On the right – the Western Wall and on the left – Temple Mount (Dome of the Rock). Height: approx. 12 cm, width: 34.5 cm, length: 28 cm. Good condition. Slight damages.

Octagonal wooden box with a double lid: lower lid, octagonal (hinged; hinge is missing) and upper lid shaped as a dome (removable). Delicate lines are engraved on the dome, topped with a decoration made of bone. The inscription "Jerusalem" is printed on the octagonal lid. Body of the box is carved with fine details depicting the arches decorating the outside of the structure and its openings. Height: 16.5 cm, width and length: 15.5X15.5 cm. Fair-good condition. Handwritten signature within the dome: Jerusalem. Hinge is missing. Cracks to dome repaired with glue (inside). Slight damages to wood.

2. Goblet. Image of the Dome of the Rock is carved in front with a printed inscription: "Mekom Hamikdash" (Temple Mount). Additional inscription: "Jerusalem (Hebrew and English). Height: 13 cm, diameter of rim: 7.5 cm. Cracks at base.

1. Elegant spectacles case. The inscription "Mount of Olives" (Hebrew) appears on the outer side. With ornamentation in the shape of spectacles, composed of inlaid pieces of wood. The inside of the case features a metal frame and is covered with delicate cloth in the shade of olive-green. 15.5X4.5 cm. Good condition.
2. Coin purse. The inscription "Jerusalem" (English and Hebrew) and "Zion" (Hebrew) appears on the outside, as well as a carved image of the Dome of the Rock. The inside is covered with blue cloth. 5X7.5 cm. Good condition.
3. Small round box with a moveable cover. On the cover – inscription: "Jerusalem". Diameter: 7 cm. Cracks.
