The posters portray a large figure of a soldier with three workers next to him. Presented are three versions from the printing process; each with an addition of color (without the final version in which dark green also appears). In the first version appear corrections and markings in pencil (including a note which suggests to locate the logo “Sherut Avodah” on the left, while in the end it was printed on the right). 61.5X93 cm; 70X100 cm; 62X91 cm. Overall good condition. Tears at margins. Miniature holes
at corners.

"Unemployment Fund! / We are responsible for one another – today guarantees tomorrow!" (Hebrew), poster illustrated by Rudi Deutsch. Tel-Aviv: "Ahdut" Printing Press, [1933].
A fine poster, printed in blue and red. In the center, a figure of a man pointing at the inscription "We are responsible for one another" while his other hand holds scales. One pan of the scales is inscribed "1933", and the other, the outweighing one, carries the inscription "1927" and a row of figures. On the arm connecting the two pans, an inscription "Today guarantees tomorrow!" Below the illustration: comparison between the number of workers and number of unemployed during the years 1927 and 1933 (in 1933 the number of workers doubled, and the number of unemployed was down to zero). 62.5X94 cm. Good-fair condition. Folding marks and creases. Restored tears. Open tears, professionally restored, at upper and lower parts of poster (some damage to text).

The "Unemployment Fund" was founded in 1932 by the Histadrut and was financed by Histadrut members. During periods of economic crisis the fund supplied jobs and assisted the unemployed. After 1948 the fund discontinued its activities and most of its operations were transferred to "Mishan". 70X100 cm. Good-fair condition. Creases, some tears to margins; open tears, restored.

The poster is a non-final version, printed with no blue (see enclosed material), which is why the designer's name and printer's details are absent.
The fourth convention of "Hapo'el" took place during Pesach and opened with an impressive parade. Ten thousand "Hapo'el" members from all over the country and abroad participated in the convention and it was therefore named "the ten thousands convention". 63X95 cm. Good condition. Restored tears at margins. Some stains. Missing piece at lower right corner, restored.
