Seven hammered copper plaques, designed by Ze'ev Raban.
Passover Haggadah scenes (three plaques); Rebecca carrying a jug on her head; Rebecca giving water to Eliezer, Abraham's slave; worshipers praying at the Western Wall; Rachel's tomb. Attached: eight photos of copper-plaques created by Raban.
Size varies, fair-good condition.
Origin: "Debel" gallery, Jerusalem. Early in the 1980s "Debel" gallery held two exhibitions of paintings and design-sketches by Raban (from the years 1915-1940). This was the first time since the establishment of the State of Israel, that Raban's works were exhibited in a comprehensive, retrospective exhibition.

Cast bronze, silver plated. Stamped with the monogram of Boris Schatz and engraved "Yerushalem". With Joseph Trumpeldor's portratit and inscriptions: "In memory of Joseph Trumpeldor who died in Tel-Hai on Adar 12,1920". Illustration of a lion in front. Contained in the original box. Paper-label of Bezalel is glued to the base of the box.

A person writing a scroll is portrayed in the center of the plaque. "Jeremiah" is engraved under the figure and in tiny scripture appears a verse from Jeremiah 8, 23.
Contained in the original matching box, with velvet and silk lining, and with the personal emblem of "Prof. Boris Schatz".

Cast brass.
A fine artistic plaque; The inscription "Theodor Herzl" appears on the top and on the bottom: "Zum 15. Todestager" [For his 15th death memorial day]. In the center of the plaque appears Hertzl's portrait and the artists signature - "Iak Löw 1919". On the left and the right, between star-shaped decorations, are bold unique Hebrew letters, forming the words: "Benjamin Ze'ev Matityahu Ben Yaakov Hertzl".
Length: 23 cm, width: 23.8 cm, thickness: 1 cm. Good condition. Some damages and corrosion stains. Remnants of hanging screws on verso.

Decorated seashelll plate, with the form of Jerusalem and the verse in Hebrew: "Pray for the Peace of Jerusalem". Eretz Israel, [end of 19th century or early 20th century].
Seashell (mother of pearl) sawed and engraved.
A gentle engraving of the Western wall and the Jerusalem Mountains is in the center of this plate; the top has an inscription engraved in Hebrew: "Pray for the Peace of Jerusalem" (Psalms 122). The frame is sawed with delicate geometrical and floral decorations.
Diameter: 17.5 cm. Good condition. Damaged on the bottom-canter part (The damage might be due to the shape of the shell).

Seashell (mother of pearl); wood with shell coating.
The Tower of David decoration in mounted in a thick frame with a plaque attached. The plaque is inscribed: "David's Tower". This handsome frame set with shell pieces, some are engraved with floral and geometrical motifs. On top of the decoration is a Star of David with the word "Zion". Another inscription:"Jerusalem".
Length: 27cm, width: 22 cm, depth: 5 cm.

The rim of the lid is decorated with wood inlay - small diagonal pieces of wood. In the center of the lid a printed inscription: "Jerusalem". In the inner section, are small compartments for storing the sewing supplies and a velvet pillow. The upper tray is removable and has additional storing under it.
In the inside of the lid, behind glass, is inserted a photo of Hezekiah's pool (located in Jerusalem's old city) from the 19th century.
Length: 23.5 cm, width: 31.5 cm, height: 13 cm. One corner piece from the lid's frame is missing.Some slight damages on the base of the box.
