The ketubah is torn at the bottom margins and the signatures are missing.

Bill of renewal of marital stipulations, arranged between Rabbi Moshe son of Rabbi Shmuel Koriat and wife Chefziba daughter of Rabbi David Chasan. Tetouan (Morocco), 1855.
Inheritance settlement after passing of one of the parties, in the case that they do not merit offspring: “Presently, they have not been blessed with children… and were concerned that perhaps they will not merit children due to sins… since they live in love and harmony… and the [mentioned] wife is daughter of his brother…”. The parties annul the original marriage certificate which was arranged as “custom of exiled Jews” [custom originated by Jews exiled from Spain who arrived in North Africa] and stipulate new conditions.
Signed by two scholars of Tetouan: Rabbi Avraham Anhori (Malchei Rabanan, leaf 14/2) and Rabbi Reuven Elmaliach (Malchei Rabanan, leaf 104/2).

Sefer Chochmat Shlomo, Glosses by Rabbi Shlomo Luria [Maharshal] on the Shas, [Amsterdam, 1691].
Last leaf contains many signatures by scholars of Morocco: “Rabbi Meir Toledano”; Rabbi “Yehuda Toledano” who also signs “HaDos Toledano”; Rabbi “Eliyahu ben Shushan” and Rabbi “Yitzchak Amar”.
The signed rabbis are apparently scholars of Meknes, Morocco: Rabbi Meir Toledano, son-in-law of Rabbi Moshe Toledano author of Melechet HaKodesh and his son Rabbi Yehuda Toledano known as Rabbi HaDos [born in 1780, composed dozens of books. Known for his commentary on the Hoshanot. Great Torah scholar of Meknes. Passed away between 1840-1853. [See attached material].
In that same city there was an additional scholar named Rabbi Yehuda HaDos son of Rabbi Chaviv Toledano, disciple of Rabbi Yekutiel Berdugo, who studied together with Rabbi Yitzchak Amar [passed away in 1833 at age 25, see attached material]. However, it is more reasonable that signature is of Rabbi Yehuda son of abovementioned Rabbi Meir Toledano. See attached material.

Title page and following leaf contain ownership notations and fine calligraphic signatures of Rabbi Shlomo Even Tzur and his son Rabbi Raphael Even Tzur.
Even Tzur family was among most distinguished rabbinical families of Morocco. Rabbi Ya’akov Even Tzur – the Yavetz, among leading Torah scholars of Morocco, whose sons served in rabbinate of city of Fes. This copy includes signature of most recent Rabbi Raphael Even Tzur who served as Av Beit Din of Fes (1830-1917). Second signature of Rabbi Shlomo Even Tzur is apparently by father of Rabbi Raphael (see: Malchei Rabanan, leaf 105, 2).

Based on 1794-1797 Berlin edition. “Rashbam commentary found in Beit Eked Sefarim [book treasury] of the glorious king” is a forged commentary by Yitzchak Satanov publisher of Berlin edition.
Title page contains personal handwritten inscription: “My Tehillim… Vidal HaTzarfati…”, and additional signature: “Vidal HaTzarfati” – apparently signature of Ga’on Rabbi Vidal HaTzarfati [the fourth] (1797-1856, Malchei Rabanan, p. 31), among rabbis of cities of Fes, Morocco.
307 pages (missing last leaf containing prayer after reciting of Tehillim). 20 cm. Good condition, stains. Scotch tape restoration on last leaf. Damaged binding.

Good condition. Stains. Minor damage to frame.

After that: remedies and invocations for various situations [“To push a needle into the hand and not to damage it …with no blood coming out…”, “for headaches” etc.], texts for amulets ["For the sick person who is worried”, “for the groom is imprisoned” “to defeat witchcraft” etc.] and kabalistic drawings, holy names [“I begin to write holy names”], fortunes; many piyutim and various sermons and prayers, and “new ideas”, a work called “Rina Veyeshua” in Judeo-Arabic; “Dahir [piyut for Passover], Calendar for the years 1895-1896; Book of Interpretation of Dreams [illustrated title page].
Written on one of the pages “Mulai LeHasan ahsan deceased in 1894” [King of Morocco Mulai Hasan died in 1894]. At the end of the Book of Interpretation of Dreams is a colophon: for text see Hebrew.
Signatures and records: "I Shalom Yehuda Adhan”, "I will use my pen for the book of Amos Shalom Ben Ya’kov Yifrah”, “I Moshe Ben Yehuda Yifrah”.
