Stone Tablet from Cyprus Detention Camps, [late 1940s] Chiseled stone. On the stone is chiseled a map of the Island of Cyprus and on it are engraved and painted red, the main routes between the various towns, in or near which were established the detention camps: Kyrenia, Nicosia, Famagusta, Larnaca, Limassol and Paphos. At the top of the tablet the word “Cyprus” is in relief. Length: 21 cm., width: 35 cm. Small breaks and slight damage at corners and in margins.

Two thin rings with the inscription “Kofer HaYishuv”. Given to women in return for their wedding rings. Kofer HaYishuv (community ransom) – Appeal for raising money for the security of the Yishuv during the Arab Revolt, 1936-1939. As part of the “Give Jewelry” campaign, people donated their best jewelry in exchange for cheap metal substitutes. Diameter of ring: 2 cm.

Complete Hebrew Bible, exactly according to the Massorah. “Sinai” Publishing, Tel-Aviv [ca. 1950]. Copy with silvered metal handmade binding, with clasp. At the front of the binding: the word “Bible” (Hebrew) in relief. On the spine of the binding: a window with lattice with the same letters. The binding is stamped by producer: “Made in Israel", "Handmade" with the signature of the artist: “H.Y.A”. [3],1383,[3] pages. Size of binding: 10X14 cm. Good condition. Comes in an illustrated cardboard box [damaged].
