Manuscript, of halacha and aggada, (on Torah and Shulchan Aruch etc.). By Rabbi Moshe Shtruli. 1928-1933.
Rabbi Moshe Shtruli (perished in the Holocaust, Otzar HaRabbanim 15185). Rabbi of the Upper Bánya community (Felsöbánya, Baia Sprie). Son of Rabbi Peretz Tuvia Shtruli a dayan and preacher in Klausenburg. Son-in-law of Rabbi Moshe Yisrael Feldman Rabbi of Berezan and Rabbi of Dragomiresht (from the family of the Maharsham of Berezan, who printed many of the Maharsham's books). This manuscript has many excerpts in the name of his father, his father-in-law and his grandfather.
C. 57 written pages, 20.5 cm. Very good condition, 2 half-leaves missing [apparently they were cut in the original while writing]. New binding.

Collection of stencil copied sheets that were publicized in Telz Yeshiva in Lithuania, of the shiurim of Rabbi Chaim of Telz, and the shiurim of the Head of the Yeshiva Rabbi Yosef Leib Bloch, on Tractate Bava Batra/ 1927-1928.
Also, a printed postcard with a group class photograph of the students of the Holy Telz Yeshiva with the Heads of the Yeshiva, from 1928.
C. 20 entire shiurim, each shiur between 3 and 8 written folio pages, c. 33 cm. Varied condition, most good condition. Most sheets have owners' inscriptions or signature of the yeshiva student Shershevsky. Includes a postcard 14.5X10 cm. Good condition.

Manuscript, two homilies for Shabbat Zachor, in handwriting of Rabbi Ben Zion Meir Chai Uziel, “which I have delivered in Raban Yochanan Ben Zakai Synagogue in Jerusalem”. [Jerusalem, 1909-1910].
Each homily contains approximately ten pages, first homily from 1909 and second from 1910.
Rabbi Ben Zion Chai Uziel (1881-1953) was born in Jerusalem to Rabbi Yosef Raphael of a family with a long lineage of Jerusalem rabbis, descendants of the Chikrei Lev. At age 20, he was appointed rabbi in the Tiferet Yerushalayim Yeshiva and in 1910, as Sephardic rabbi of Jaffa. In 1921, he went to Salonika (Greece) to serve as Chief Rabbi, and in 1923 he returned to serve as Chief Rabbi of Tel-Aviv Jaffa. In 1939, he was in London as an emissary and representative of the Yishuv in Eretz Yisrael, and that same year was appointed as Chief Rabbi and Rishon L'Zion in Eretz Yisrael. Some of his books: Mishpetei Uziel, Michmanei Uziel, HaShofet V’HaMishpat, and others.
