Twenty two printed items issued by "Kol Israel Haverim" (Israֳ©lite Universelle Alliance), 1878 to the 1930s (most of the items are of late 19th century and early 20th century). French and some German. "Kol Israel Haverim" was established in France during the emancipation, in 1860, to serve as the central social leadership of the Jewish community. The organization, still active, held much political power and established numerous educational institutions worldwide.
The collection includes: forms, circular letters and letters sent by the central commission in Paris, financial reports, regulations booklets, map indicating its institutions worldwide (1911), etc. Size varies, condition varies, good to very good.

Extensive documents archive from the estate of Knesset Member Asher Hassin, chairman of the Association of Immigrants from North Africa in Israel, [1950s-60s].
Asher Hassin (1918-1995) was born in Casablanca, worked as teacher and was chairman of the Hebrew Teachers Association in Morocco, head of the Zionist Federation and chairman of the Hebrew Club. Made Aliya to Eretz Israel in 1948 and was elected as a Knesset Member on behalf of Mapai party in the fourth, fifth and sixth Knesset; was chairman of the Association of North Africa Immigrants in Israel.
The archive includes copies of letters and in-coming letters, most of them addressed to Asher Hassin, chairman of the association, and concern various attempts to assist North African Jews in Israel and granting them their rights; the archive also includes proclamations, booklets, leaflets and other printed items all of which concern North African Jews.
Amongst the letters: a reduced penalty order signed by Yitzchak Ben Zvi; letters signed by Yigal Alon, Moshe Sharet, Zalman Shazar, letters from mayors, directors of public institutions, Knesset members and ministers, letters from Rabbi Yitzchak Abu Hazeira (Baba Haki), letters from rabbis in Algiers and Morocco, some of them in oriental handwriting with oriental signatures, etc. Lot of about 680 documents. Size varies. Poor-fair to good condition. Numerous items are torn with missing or burnt borders.

Issues 1-52 (consecutive). A political Russian weekly journal, right-wing and anti-revolutionary. The publication of the journal started when the publication of the paper "׀’׀¸ׁ‚ׁ‚׀¾׀²׀° ׀¿׀»ׁׁ׀÷׀°" (Vitovaya Pliaska) stopped. Pluvium continued the journalistic spirit of Vitovaya Pliaska as its "legitimate child". The editor of Pluvioum, used the pseudonym "B.M." ׀‘ׁ€׀µ׀²׀µׁ€׀½ - Brevern [maybe, the Russian writer Mikhail Nikolayovitch Volkonsky (1860-1917) - ׀’׀¾׀»׀÷׀¾ּ׀½ׁ׀÷׀¸׀¹]. The editor dedicated a considerable part of the journal to anti-Jewish articles accompanied by numerous anti-Semitic illustrations, some of them large - spread on a whole pages. Very rare. Three anti Semitic essays by Itzig Feitel Stern, the Christian writer Heinrich Holzschuher, who signed several anti Semitic essays which he composed using this fictional Jewish name. The books presented here contain allegories, dialogues and poems using faulty German, supposedly to imitate the Jewish-Yiddish speech and to ridicule it. The essays are accompanied by anti Semitic illustrations and by titles in faulty Hebrew letters.
