Published his elders’ books with his own additions: the “Bar Leva’i – Second Edition” responsum (Mukachevo 1909) “Torat Ha-Ramal” (Sighet 1903), “Ahavat Shalom, Second Edition” by Rabbi Mendel of Kosov (Sighet 1907).

The letter begins and ends with blessings of Ketiva and Chatima Tova. Sent to his son in law the Gaon Rabbi Israel Nisan, Av Beit Din of Mako, Deals with a Halachic subject, and another family related letter on the back of the leaf.
Rabbi Shmuel Ya’akov Kapil Ha-Cohen Kligsberg (1858-1935) of the greatest Poland rabbis, a descendant of the “Seer of Lublin”. Served as rabbi of Kalushin, Modzhitz and other places from a young age. Was appointed Rosh Av Beit Din of Lublin in 1910 and became Av Beit Din of Kalushin and the region in 1911. (More About him in the enclosed material).
Hi son in law, recipient of the present letter: Rabbi Israel Nisan Kopershtoch, (1858-1930) was the brother in law of Rabbi Yechiel, first Alexander Admor. Letter handwritten and signed by Rabbi Zvi Hirsch Friedling Av-Beit-Din Boskovice (Poland). Was sent to the editorial staff of the “Ha-Tzofe Le-Chachmei Israel” Budapest, with an inscription for an advertising notice for the periodical “Ha-Be’er”. [Boskovice, 1925].
Rabbi Zvi Hirsch Friedling (1884-1940), was born in Zamosc and was appointed as Rabbi of the nearby city of Boskovice. Published a periodical on Halacha, homiletics and debate, through which he became known to the public for his religious greatness.
Author of "Ratz Ka-Zvi" and other books. Moved to Warsaw in 1936 where he served as rabbi in one of the suburbs. Perished in the holocaust. See attached material (Eile Ezkera, 7, pp. 230-233)

Letter of approbation handwritten and signed by Rabbi Avraham Yafehn, for the book Berur Halachah by Rabbi Yechiel Avraham Zilber. Jerusalem, [1968]. The approbation was printed at the beginning of the book Berur Halachah, which was printed in 1976.
Rabbi Avraham Yafehn (passed away in 1970, Otzar HaRabbanim 469), exalted genius, among the greatest Torah scholars of his generation, successor of his father-in-law Rabbi Yozel Horowitz “the Alter of Novardok”. Headed the Beit Yosef-Novardok Yeshiva network for approximately fifty years.

It should be His will that the match should succeed materially and spiritually and you should merit a blessed good generation and succeed and be blessed in all your pursuits…". Written on the “Beit Ulpena Rabta, Yeshivat Mir” stationary, includes official envelope, with the recipient’s address.
Rabbi Eliezer Yehuda Finkel (1879-1965, Otzar Ha-Rabanim 2660), son of Rabbi Nathan Zvi Finkel, the “Saba of Slabodka”, was the head of the Mir Yeshiva in Mir, and the founder of the Mir Yeshiva in Jerusalem, Israel. The letter is written in German, signed “L .J Finkel” and ink stamped.

Will written and signed by the Nazir Rabbi, Rabbi David Cohen. Written in many installments, through years 1958-1961.
The main part of the will focuses on “Ma’aser Sheni” funds [related to extra tithing of money, up to 1/5 of the revenue], which will be given to “My son in law… for the purchase of holy books for him to use and have in his library”. He also says that after his passing “All the books in my library… Bible, Midrash, Tefila, Talmud and Poskim, Kabbalah and Musar books, research and philosophy and more… all go to my son, so he could read them and grow his merit of learning Torah Lishma”.
The “Nazir Rabbi” – Rabbi David Cohen (1887-1972), was a Gaon, Mekubal and philosopher. He was one of Rabbi Avraham Yitzchak Kook’s disciples, served as teacher at the Yehiva Merkazit (Merkaz Ha-Rav). It is through his constant pursuit of spiritual perfection that he committed himself to the laws of Nezirut, abstaining from wine consumption and haircuts; he also kept a vegan diet. His son, Rabbi She’ar-Yeshuv Cohen is the chief rabbi of Haifa, and his son in law was Rabbi Shlomo Goren (1918-1995), who served as Tsahal’s Chief Rabbi of Tel-Aviv, Israel. 1. Lengthy interesting letter, concerning the printing and distribution of Breslev books, by Rabbi Yehoshua Heschel Frankel. Typewritten upon official stationary of the “Construction Committee of the Breslev Beit Midrash in Jerusalem”. He mentions that “we have risked our lives to print all of the abovementioned books during the war while being prohibited by the government to do so without license…”.
2. Postcard concerning family matters, handwritten and signed by the Hassid Rabbi Shmuel Horowitz [author of Yemei Shmuel]. Meron, (1958). “Please prepare yourselves for the journey to Meron on Lag B’Omer”.
3. Postcard from the Horowitz family, regarding rental of rooms in Meron for those coming on Lag B’Omer. (1963).
4. Paper note of a letter by Rabbi Natan Berski (grandson of Rabbi Nachman of Breslev) to his son’s teacher: “Please grant my son Yisrael permission to travel to Miren on Lag B’Omer” [Jerusalem, c. 1939.].

Many of the guarantee bills are signed by Rabbi Meir Yoseph Haltovsky and Rabbi Moshe Bezalel Margaliot of Chayei Olam Yeshiva.
