1. Rectangular amulet with an engraved Magen David on the front, the Tables of the Covenant held by a lion and a deer and beneath them, a fish inside waters; the back side has an engraved Magen David and Hebrew letter combinations.
2. Round metal amulet. The center reads “Shiviti Hashem Le-Negdi Tamid” and has the La-Menatze’ach Menorah, angels’ names are written on the margins, mentioning the names of the angels safeguarding mother and child from harm.
3. Hand shaped metal amulet [Hamsa], with thumb sticking out on the side. Plain plating and engraving: “Ben Porat Yosef, Ben Porat Alei Ayin, Banot Tsa’ada Alei Shor”, “[and you will not have the power to dominate him] neither at night nor in the evening… neither awake nor asleep, Amen”.
Varying sizes and conditions.

Letter combinations for protection, verses from Shema, Tehillim and additional books, some arc shaped. In the center written in large letters “Ben Porat Yosef Ben Porat Alei Ayin”, “VeHabote’ach BaHaShem Chessed Yesovevehu” [“He that trusts in the Lord mercy shall compass him about”].

Three amulets for protection, handwritten on paper with narrow and long format.
Includes: two amulets with the name of the person for whom the amulet was written; combination of letters, names of angels, the letter ה', etc. At the beginning of one of the amulets: "Please G-d of Israel, have compassion and pity on the person who carries this amulet… ".
Width: 6-8 cm; length: c. 60 cm. Good-fair condition. One amulet is torn in two. Creases (originally they were rolled in a pouch). One amulet is framed in blue, another with yellow stripes and decorations.

Nice handwriting (square letters) on a very thin paper leaf. Written in center "v'ata shalom u'vetcha shalom v'chol asher lecha shalom". Verses, names of angels and combination of letters (kabbalic) on sides of leaf.
About 12X19 cm. in wooden frame 16.5X23.5 cm. Good condition. Stains, minor tears. The leaf was not examined out of the frame.

A printed colored certificate, a letter in a Torah scroll. "The committee for the writing of a Torah scroll in memory of the Chafetz Chaim… by the Vilna Va'ad HaYeshivot". Vilna, 1933. A lithographic print of Rabbi Chaim Ozer Grodzinsky's signature.
"And it should be a sign… in the city… that he has a part in the general Torah scroll written in memory of Rabbi Yisrael Meir HaCohen, The Chafetz Chaim".
This collection of donations for Va'ad HaYeshivot was the initiative of Rabbi Chaim Ozer who thereby initiated a fund for saving the yeshivot. Two of the greatest heads of the Yeshivot in Lithuania, Rabbi Elchanan Wasserman and Rabbi Yerucham Levovitz, devoted themselves to this mission of selling letters all over Poland and Europe. Rabbi Chaim Ozer turned to Rabbi David Sason in London and asked him also to establish a committee in London to sell letters in the Torah scroll. (See attached material).

Two leaves of Shiviti, handmade by Meir Malul; a leaf of Lauder Store in Casablanca, with the piyut Et Sha'are Ratzon LeHipatach by Rabbi Yehuda Abbas, about Akedat Yitzchak, a blessing for a good new year and a prayer for Shabbat Chol HaMoed; a leaf with a piyut for Sefirat HaOmer; a leaf with the blessings of the Haftara and the Torah; verses said during the eight days of Chanukah and other leaves.

Long and heartfelt blessing. On first page, two stanzas of poem in Italian are integrated in blessing, the rest of the text is in square letters with vowels.
On second page: "Tomorrow, 13 periods of time from the birth of Aharon son of Yehoshua in the month of Sivan will be completed…". At the end of the poem: "Shmuel Kolombo".

Wall poster, Lithography of a painting of the Ba'al Shem Tov family tree – trunks and branches of descendants and disciples [missing are name of writer, printing place and date, c. 1927].
According to the writing style under the list of rebbes it seems that this printing was done in the area of Galicia-East Hungary.
Similar editions of this family tree poster were printed around 1927 in Warsaw, Lublin and Grosswardein. In this edition writings are different and there are changes in the frame decorations.

“BeSuccot Teshvu Shivat Yamim”. Proclamation of the Badatz rabbis concerning the Kashrut of the tiny Succoth built on the porches of the homes. Podgórze near Krakaw, 1936.
“The Badatz are informing that many Succoth which are built on the balconies or porches do not comply with the minimum measurement prescribed by the Torah… therefore the Mitzvah of Succa, which is comparable to the entire Torah, is not fulfilled. Besides, unnecessary blessings on the Succa are made which is a very severe sin…”.
