1. Birkat Avot, commentary and implications on Tractate Avot. Livorno, 1865.
2. Hilula Rabah, study order for Lag Ba'omer. Livorno, 1877. New editing altering the order of the Zohar sections and addition of liturgical poems and prayers [additions and editing by Rabeinu Avraham Yossef as revealed in his book Leshon Chachamim, Part I, Jerusalem 1905, leaf 101 chapter 57].
82 leaves; 60 leaves. 18cm. Good condition, slight foxing marks.
It seems that the date is mistakenly noted and that both books were printed in the same printing press, on the same paper, in the same year. [In Winograd and Rosenfeld CD record 48651 the book Birkat Avot is wrongly referred to as published in 1844].

Vilna rabbis: Rabbi Yossef [Sakovitch] and Rabbi Ya'akov [Barit – died 1883]. Rabbi Shmuel Luptzer, Rabbi Shlomo Ha-Cohen, Rabbi Chaim Ozer Grodzinsky and others.
This document supports the author of "Chafetz Chaim"'s fame in the1880's, ten years after his book was published anonymously.

“Yevarekhekha Hashem Mi Tzion”, a letter printed for the Daghestan immigrants in Jerusalem. Jerusalem, (C. 1890).
A fundraising for “the Jewish immigrants from Daghestan, who left their homeland to come and live in Jerusalem… A full community of poor and elderly with their hunger stricken children… We have no support and no one to care for us, the Ashkenazi community claims they’ve never received any donations from Daghestan and the Sepharadi community says they don’t know us and wonder why we turn to them for help.”
The immigrants from Daghestan [located North West to the Caspian sea, on the East side of Gruzia (Georgia)] weren’t included in the kollelim help packages for the Jerusalem poor, since they are neither Sephardim nor Ashkenazim.

Rabbi Avi’ezer son of Rabbi Yitzchak from Tiktin (Ozar Ha’Rabbanim 40), was a rabbi, a Kabbalist and author of a number of books. He immigrated to Jerusalem in the year 1840.
On the other side of the title page: Inscription for the dedication of the book for the elevation of the soul, 1917. Signed: “Avraham Son of Ya'akov from Acre”.
