Sent to R. Avraham Gafni and his wife Mrs. Rivkah in Bnei Brak. The Rebbe blesses them to be mentioned on the gravesite of the Rebbe Rayatz "for your wishes to be fulfilled for the good… and may it be God's will for you to bear good tidings in the seen and revealed good…".

Sent to R. Chaim Shalom Segal in Jerusalem, in response to his message on his granddaughter's engagement. In his letter the Rebbe blesses him that they build an everlasting Jewish home founded on the Torah and mitzvot, as illuminated by Chassidic teachings, and wishes him "authentic, Jewish, Chassidic" satisfaction from all his offspring, and a Mazal Tov.
R. Chaim Shalom HaLevi Segal (1918-1983), sixth generation from the Baal HaTanya. Founder and mashpia at the Chabad synagogue Beit Yehudah in the Mazkeret Moshe neighborhood in Jerusalem, and lecturer in the Etz Chaim yeshiva. He studied Rashi's commentary on the Torah for decades, and published his works Tosefet Rashi on the Tanach, Munachei Rashi and Yitron HaOr. On his visit to the Rebbe's court on Shmini Atzeret 1970, he was appointed the delegate from Israel as part of the "Chassidic United Nations".

Advice and guidance on a conflict with neighbors: "We see evidently in matters such as these that when someone wishing to cause distress sees that his words and actions go unnoticed, he loses the desire to continue them – until it disappears altogether. And to make it easier on yourself… contemplate the contents of the Alter Rebbe's Igeret HaKodesh, section 25".
At the end of the letter, the Rebbe encourages him to spread Chassidic teachings, through the Lubavitch Youth Organization.

Sent to Mrs. Masha Friedman in Bnei Brak. At the beginning of the letter the Rebbe writes that he will mention her son Refael at the Rebbe Rayatz's gravesite. The Rebbe goes on to bless him for an appropriate Shidduch soon: "It is understood that it must also be done naturally… in a modest manner; and God gives His blessing and success even supernaturally".
The Rebbe finishes by encouraging her and guiding her to give charity before lighting the Shabbat and Yom Tov candles, and to check the mezuzot in her home.
