The first Hebrew atlas. Includes maps showing the Jewish population in each country of the Diaspora, historic maps, and more.
"This atlas was designed mainly for the use of students at Hebrew schools. However, we believed that in this state of lack of useful Hebrew books, we cannot draw the line and limit ourselves only to the subjects that are necessary to students, since it is our duty to slightly extend the limits so that the book will be able to satisfy, to some extent, the needs of any person who seeks knowledge of 'Hebrew Geography'" (From the editors' introduction, Hebrew).
[4], 48 leaves, 27.5 cm. Good condition. Minor blemishes. Lower margins of title page trimmed (not affecting the printed frame).
