Two periodicals for Yiddish poetry and prose, edited by Moshe Leib Halpern, a Yiddish poet and editor. Yiddish writing and publishing started to flourish in the United States at the turn of the twentieth century and in certain periods, many of the Yiddish publications sold in Europe originated in the United States. The anthologies feature works by Moshe Nadir, Fredl Shtak, Leivik Halper and others.
