1. Alfei Menashe, by R. Menashe of Ilya. Vilna, [1822]. First edition. A philosophical composition focusing on Tikkun Olam. The author's Talmudic novellae, in which he quotes teachings of the Gaon of Vilna, were included at the end of the book.
[2], 92 leaves. 17.5 cm. Good condition. Stains and wear. Stamps and handwritten inscriptions. Handwritten markings in body of text on several leaves. Old and worn binding, with torn spine. Bookplate.
2. Alfei Menashe, by R. Menashe of Ilya, with Maaseh Miksheh by R. Gershon Chen Tov. Warsaw, 1860. This edition features only the Talmudic novellae, without the main composition.
