A printed letter, with no addressee name, on behalf of the English Zionist Federation, in response to the Balfour Declaration. London, 1917. English.
In the letter, probably sent to leaders and dignitaries in the Jewish congregation, the receiver is asked to express his gratitude in a personal telegram to the English Prime Minister.
