Drawings of musicians by the Jewish painter and caricaturist B.F. Doblin, including:
* 19 drawings with names of musicians, 16 of which are signed by the artist and four are dated. Size and condition vary. 18 drawings 29.5X23 cm – 25X26.5 cm and one drawing measures 59X49.5 cm. Good-fair overall condition. Stains, creases and pasting marks (mainly on the reverse), some adhesive tape on the reverse.
* Die Festwoche des Reichsverbandes Deutscher Tonkünstler und Musiklehrer anlässlich der Internationalen Ausstellung Musik im Leben des Völker in Frankfurt a. M. – [music week and music teachers in Germany – international exhibition of music in people's life]. 34 plates with prints of drawings by B.F. Doblin, from the exhibition in August 1927. Berlin: Deutcher Tonkünstler A.G., [1927].
Good condition. Creases and tears to margins of some plates. Back cover is lacking.
