In addition, a portfolio with 12 lithograph-plates of lithpgraphs that appear in the text, a lithograph that was not printed in the book, and a black-and-white print of the engraving appearing on the cardboard case. Hand-colored engraving on cardboard case, identical to the one on the second case.
