Original leather-covered box, gilt embossed with Boris Schatz's bookplate and lined with velvet. A Bezalel workshop paper tag is glued to the bottom of the box.
Relief: 5X10 cm. Good condition. Box: 7.5X12.5 cm. Fair-poor condition. Cracks to edges nearest hinge in both parts of box; parts of box mostly detached from one another. Numerous blemishes and tears to leather covering. Blemishes to velvet lining. Lock missing. Closed and open tears to paper tag on bottom of box.
