1. A short letter handwritten and signed by Max Nordau, on a postcard. Sent from Paris to Milano 1885. German.
A letter from June 4, 1885, addressed to Dr. A. Courtheoux, an editor of the Italian journal Corriere deal Sera. Nordau writes that he had sent the final section of his book "Paradoxe" and asks for confirmation that the book has been received.
9x14 cm. Good condition. A few stains. A vertical fold line. Two pieces of paper on the margins.
2. Portrait photograph of Max Nordau, printed on a postcard. Beneath the photograph appears a dedication handwritten and signed by Nordau (German).
The postcard was sent from Paris on October 22, 1906, to Oskar Popper in Vienna.
Approx. 8.5x14 cm. Good condition. Minor creases and stains. Two pieces of tape on verso, at the margins.
