Souvenir to a Mossad agent. Israel, [1980s].
A desk stand. Olive wood base and a metal panel shaped as a sail. A bronze medal is fixed in the metal panel. Obverse: Emblem of the State of Israel, and the Mossad motto – "Where there is no guidance, a nation falls, but in an abundance of counselors there is safety". Reverse: stanza from a poem by Haim Hefer: "This people would surely like to say thank you… if they knew the address" (Hebrew), by an olive wood branch.
Below the medal appears an engraved dedication: "To Yitzchak, with appreciation for your years of service. Nahum Admoni".
