Rabbi Shmuel Huminer (1914-1977), an exceptional student of Yeshivat "Etz Ha-Chaim". Some named him the "Chafetz Chaim" of Jerusalem. Wrote many books on Halachah and Mussar (Mitzvat Ha-Bitachon, Ikarey Dinim – Etza Vetushiya, Olat Tamid, Eved Ha-Melech, Sefer Kedushah, Kavanot Nifla'ot and more). Rabbi Yechezkel Loewenstein defined him as "a true believer". (See attached material).
