Rabbi Yisrael Pesach Wettstein (Otzar Ha-Rabanim 12298), born in 1859. Rabbi of Borislov in the province of Kiev [he succeeded his ancestors who served as rabbis in Borislov for many generations, since the days of the Besht]. As of 1895, Av-Beit-Din Novoslavich (Bessarabia-Russia) near Sadigura (Austria). Foremost rabbi in the seen and the hidden, famous in the Chassidic world [Chassid of Sadigura-Rozhin]. Died in 1929. Responsum to him: in Maharsham book of responsum, Sde Chemed, and more.
