Writing case. Eretz Israel, [ca. 1920s]. Cardboard; leather, gold embossing. Luxurious writing case with a number of folding boards, covered with green leather and decorated with stamped gold decorations. At the front a medallion is drawn and hand-painted, with a figure of a Jew with crossed legs writing with a quill. The initials of the owner (M.A.) are stamped left side of the medallion. Height: 32 cm., width: 49.5 cm. Good condition.
